All goods from stock will be dispatched within five working days of  receipt of payment

Any item that is received damaged in any way must be reported to us immediately by phone fax or e-mail.

once the item is returned a replacement model will be supplied, subject to availability,
or a full refund will be given if the item is out of stock.

Returns must be made within 14 days.
